Text-to-text transcription rates are per page of text you provide so you know your cost up front.

A page must consist of 350 words or less. If a page has more than 350 words, we will bill it as more than one page.


Is there a minimum charge?  

We are more than happy to transcribe your project, no matter how small or large it may be. For text-to-text transcription services, our accounting system bills in five-page increments with a minimum charge of 15 pages. In other words, an order with a 10-business-day turnaround (15 x $6) would carry a minimum charge of $90. 

This accounts for the time required for any and all correspondence, assigning and uploading your documents to the transcriptionist, setting up the transcript document, transcribing the file, assigning the resulting transcript to a transcript editor, editing the file, invoicing the file and delivering the text-to-text transcript to you upon completion.
